Sunday 15th August

Arrive from 9-9.30.

Event starts at 10.

12 – 1pm Lunch

Day ends at 4pm.

There wont be someone on the gate all day, I should be able to open and close throughout the day, if anyone asks let them know you are part of the Type R Scotland event. Please try to arrive on time, if we keep having to open and close the gate it may affect track time and will piss us off :wink:
Myself and Grovesy’s mobile number will be on the gate.

Everyone should arrive with enough petrol to last the day.

Spectators are welcome, there will be toilet facilities on site. Spectators should park on one of the access roads behind where we have set the paddock area up. Also a good opportunity for the forum photographers to practice their action shots.
Camping chairs might be a good idea for those spectating.

Entrance is marked C in the link below. If coming from Edinburgh you will drive past the car auction and the entrance is immediately after it.

From Glasgow you take the cut off before the Airport one and the entrance is immediately befor the car Auction.

A reminder once again that this is not a trackday, just a chance for a bit of fun. No one should be spinning or going off the circuit

Please note: Ingliston have warned us not to go onto or damage the grass If the grass is damaged we may have to pay for the repair at around £10.50 + VAT per square metre, neither I nor the club will be paying for someone elses damage, so be warned, if you go off and I get an invoice through the door I’ll be forwarding it to the offender and will not feel the slightest bit guilty about naming and shaming them into paying :wink:

There are still a couple of places left if anyone wants to pay on the day.

Ignore the track route, we plan on changing it, just so people know where to go.

Payment details. I will update this thread with names of those who have paid, remember it’s first come first served.

Cost per car and driver is £30.
Cash or Cheque only! No postal orders or Paypal yet. Cheques will be banked approx 1 week before the event.

Places are limited to 20 this time so get payment in quick.
